Andrea Plowright is a visionary leader at the intersection of aviation and innovation. As Founder of Plowright Aviation, she brings a powerful blend of executive expertise, technical excellence, and entrepreneurial drive to the flight training industry.

Andrea is also the Founder and CEO of Plowright International, LLC, a leading IT management consulting firm specializing in business transformation, cybersecurity, and AI-driven solutions. With over 30 years of experience in business, information technology, cyber security, strategic consulting, and operations optimization, she has led organizational-level initiatives for government and private-sector clients alike.

As a CMMI Institute Certified Lead Appraiser, ISO Lead Auditor, CMMC-RP, and Project Management Professional (PMP), Andrea is known for delivering scalable solutions that enhance operational efficiency, mitigate risk, and ensure regulatory compliance.

Now pursuing her pilot’s license and actively leasing aircraft to flight schools, Andrea’s commitment to aviation extends beyond business—it’s personal. She is passionate about expanding access to flight training, increasing representation in STEM and aviation, and building platforms that empower the next generation of aviators.
